|Recommended: YesIt’s nice but… — The place is really nice although you can tell the construction was done in a huge hurry. The work is very sloppy and we’ve had to submit a million maintenance requests within the first 3 weeks of moving in. However the office personnel and the maintenance people are incredibly nice and very quick about solving our issues. It’s been nice living here so far but with a few annoyances.

|Recommended: NoIt’s okay. — It’s a decent place. I can hear absolutely very thing my neighbors do though and when I moved in there was food in the ground in the kitchen and they hadn’t cleaned any part of the complex. Rent has gone up every year with no renovations inside the apartment.
Hi Bethany, thank you for taking the time to leave us a review! I am sorry to hear your move-in experience a few years ago wasn't great, I sure hope the current staff has made up for it since. Regarding your comment about renovations, we are actually mid-renovation right now. Your building will be one of the next few that we get started on. Your apartment renovation is coming! Lastly, regarding rental increases - that unfortunately is out of my control. Our rents on this property are controlled by HUD. Thank you!
